The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion. This includes planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

A Senior Manager of Estimating Cleanrooms, in the context of construction or manufacturing, is responsible for leading a team of estimators, managing the cost estimation process for cleanroom projects, and ensuring accurate and timely project budgets.

The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for developing construction documents inclusive of all associated mechanical system calculations, equipment scheduling and specification, and code compliance review. Working under the direct report of the Director of Mechanical Engineering, the Mechanical Engineer shall coordinate with internal and external engineers, architects, estimating &
